Morális Studio Privacy Policy

Contact form submissions. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the message you send us.

Booking data. When you schedule a call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email, and selected time. We receive confirmation details of that booking. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

Site analytics. We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, referral source, time on site). No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics.

Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to communicate with you and fulfill our services.

We do not have user accounts, do not store passwords, and do not collect payment information directly — any billing is handled by our payment processor.

To respond to you. We use your name and email to reply to inquiries, follow up after a discovery call, and communicate about a potential or active engagement.

To deliver services. During an active engagement, we may use information you share (about your business, tools, and processes) to build automations and AI tools for you.

To improve the site. Aggregate, anonymized analytics help us understand what's working and improve the site over time.

Legal compliance. We may retain records as required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

Our site may use essential cookies to function correctly. If we use analytics, those tools may set cookies to track anonymized usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Contact inquiries. We retain email and form submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of future questions.

Client data. Information shared during an active engagement is retained for the duration of the project and for up to 3 years afterward, then deleted or anonymized. Financial records may be kept longer as required by law.

Analytics. Aggregate, anonymized site analytics are retained indefinitely. No personally identifiable data is retained for analytics.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing nate@moralis.studio. California residents have additional rights under the CPRA, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about you.

We will respond to requests within 30 days.
